About Event Fellows

Free tools for people who organize an event: a budget that starts empty and shows the cost per guest, a to-do timeline counted back from the event date, a calendar invitation file you can send to guests, and a food and drink calculator with the rule of thumb shown.

Who runs this site

Event Fellows (eventfellows.com) is operated by Anderson Gomes Ferreira. contato@eventfellows.com

How it works

Everything runs in your browser: what you type is not sent to our servers (details in the Privacy Policy).

The calendar file follows the iCalendar standard (RFC 5545). Times are converted to UTC with the time zone data built into your browser, so daylight saving time is handled for the date you pick. The "add to Google Calendar" and "add to Outlook" links use formats that Google and Microsoft do not document officially; we say so on the page.

There is no rule of how much a guest eats. The food and drink amounts are rules of thumb from open cooking and party guides: the lowest and highest figure we found, shown with the link and the date we opened each page. Every value can be changed.

The budget has no average prices. The categories are empty until you fill them.

Where the data and rules come from

How we keep the content up to date

Each page lists its sources and the day we opened them (October 11, 2026). Anything we could not confirm in an open source is marked "not confirmed".

What this site is not

The food amounts are rules of thumb, not standards: every event is different. The budget adds up what you type and does not check prices. The "add to calendar" links for Google and Outlook are not officially documented by those companies and can change; the .ics file works with any calendar that reads the standard. Always confirm quantities and dates with your suppliers.
